1. Coverage
SenseXR is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal use of the product.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase as indicated on your original sales receipt.
3. Warranty Services
If your SenseXR device experiences any defects within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product with new or refurbished parts at no charge.
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit that is functionally equivalent to the original product.
- Provide a refund for the original purchase price upon returning the defective product.
4. Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under this warranty:
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.
- Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or maintenance.
- Damage due to natural disasters, fire, or other external causes beyond our control.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality.
