Return/Refund Policy

Return Policy:

We have a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. However, please note that in case of a refund, a convenience charge will be deducted from your refund amount:

  • SenseXR: ₹250 will be deducted.
  • Holo Cube: ₹150 will be deducted.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD charge of ₹100 will not be refunded. For COD orders, the total deduction will be ₹350 for SenseXR and ₹250 for the Holo Cube.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the package.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make it right for you.


Exchanges:

If you want to ensure a quick exchange for the desired item, we recommend returning the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly assess the condition and quantity of the items. Based on this evaluation, we will proceed with the refund accordingly. Following the inspection, we will promptly inform you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
